Payment, Shipping & Return Policy
Payment
We accepts American Express, Visa,MasterCard and Discover Card payments through PayPal. We also accept payments by check or money orders.
Shipping
Shipping costs depend upon the method and option you choose. A $1.50 handling fee is applied to each order in additon to shipping costs.
We agree to ship within 2 business days of your purchase. Most orders are fulfilled same day or next business day.
Return Policy
Hardware
We will accept hardware products for return within 10 days of the receipt date. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item, if available, or a refund. Non-defective product returns are subject to a 15%* restock fee. A non-defective return must include the box the product was in, the product, all included items such cable(s) and paperwork/manuals, etc. which were sent with the product.
Boxed Software
We will accept unopened boxed software products for return within 10 days of the receipt date. A 15% re-stock fee will apply.Once you have opened a boxed software product, there is no return permitted. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item or refund.
A RMA number must accompany all returned products. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, please contact SALES@A1CN.COM. Please include the following information in your email:
The full name of purchaser (for example, Jane Doe).
The email address used to place the order (for example, janedoe@my.com).
The order number.
A brief product description.
The condition of the product. Is it opened or unopened?
The reason for returning the product.
If the product is defective or damaged, please tell us if you want an exchange for the same product.
Once you have an RMA, ship the product back to us. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, unless given alternate instructions from Sales. Please use a shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, which can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
When your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account for the amount of your purchase, less shipping, handling, and any applicable tariffs and taxes, or ship you a replacement of your product.
If the product was purchased by a credit card, any credit to your account will appear on your credit card statement as "PAYPAL*A1 COMPUTERS." For those paying via check or bank transfer, a check will be cut and mailed to you. Credits usually require between four and six weeks to process after an RMA has been issued.
